  I placed an order tonight with Domino's for my son who has autism because I knew that a certain student from his High School was delivering pizzas this evening. My son looks up to this kid and he has become quite the role model. On my order, I requested by name that the student deliver it. I live a few minutes from the Domino's so usually I pick up my orders but the cost and extra time were worth having his peer-mentor deliver. I placed the order at 5:45 pm on my way home from my son's therapy appointment knowing I'd be home in 20 minutes. At 6:05 I got a call from a driver I didn't know saying he was in front of my house and he had been ringing the gate door for 5 minutes with no answer. I know they pride themselves on speed but in this case speed was at the expense of quality and service. The fact that they delivered 2 pizzas in 15 minutes makes me concerned whether they were made fresh for us and also I wouldn't have minded waiting for the driver I requested on my order. When I called the location to rectify the situation for the future, the manager Enrique didn't really care even though I told him I wouldn't mind waiting longer for my deliveries. My son likes Dominos and against my better judgement I indulge him frequently. I was ready to do so even more for him to see his friend working. I am highly disappointed.

  Pizza is without any mojo, as par for the course for the chain. I only picked up because it was open late. I was so horrified by the puss boiled, leprotic Igor shedding skin over the food I could do nothing but throw away the entire order. It's been a while, you may easily have shuttered since.

  I love Domino's pan pizza unfortunately this branch absolutely fails at all aspects of customer service. Their delivery service is highly unreliable.
